Through its Certified Schools program (certifiedschools.com), Digital Media Academy is now offering its expertise in technology education directly to schools GLOBALLY and providing K -12 public and private schools with an affordable, practical solution that seamlessly integrates core content area teaching and learning with rich technology skills and concepts.

The Certified Schools program is developed using the Matrix Learning Management System (LMS).

JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Services Analyst is the main point of contact for content administration and technical features of the Certified Schools learning platform. The general responsibilities of this position include:

  • Configures, supports and maintains the Learning Platform for customers and internal use
  • Generates fresh, innovative ideas that leverage available technology and collaborates with the academic curriculum team to create an outstanding user experience for Certified Schools program users
  • Conducts learning platform user training to Certified Schools customers (schools) and internal staff
  • Conducts both configuration and content testing to ensure quality content delivery to customers
  • Assists in the implementation of Certified Schools in schools globally
  • Provides technical support directly to Certified Schools customers (schools) and academic curriculum team
  • Create and produce custom LMS and help desk reports for customers and internal use
  • Recommend operational improvements leveraging new technology
  • Perform content migration from Canvas to Matrix LMS
  • Configures, supports, and maintains help desk software
  • Assists in project management of video production and Certified Schools YouTube content

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in Education Technology / LMS administration in an educational institution
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tool functionality
  • Demonstrated capability in multi-tasking and task management
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • 1+ years of experience with HTML/CSS a definite advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Experience with help desk software desirable
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize and manage a busy workload
  • Ability to advise on best practice/alternate solutions by bringing new ideas and solutions to operational challenges in delivering e-learning

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representative interested in working in the field of tech education.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, following up with leads, creating sales proposals, contracting and closing sales deals. They will need to work closely with clients from all over the world to put together proposals for various domestic and international educational programs. Experience with B2B sales is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from chat, phone, and email as sales opportunities
  • Experience in B2B sales and extended closing process
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Effectively prioritize leads and identify opportunities
  • Follow up with inquiries from clients interested in our programs, including Tech Camps and Certified Schools
  • Fully understand the Digital Media Academy course catalog and program offerings
  • Ensure that clients are getting all necessary information required to close sales
  • Meet weekly with VP of Sales and Business Development to deliver personal status reports on clientele: inquiries, sales, and opportunity status
  • Nurture leads and close sales
  • Assist with Customer Service Department (calls, chat, email, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of proven experience and excellent track record in sales (we want you to be a hustler!)

Hours

The Senior Marketing Manager (SSM) has overall responsibility for the marketing planning and seamless execution of Digital Media Academy Tech Camps programs, management of corporate and institutional marketing and communications initiatives, and brand expansion and promotion. The SSM will lead a team who is responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising, marketing, and sales campaigns and initiatives to meet/exceed the company revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with various DMA units, including sales, operations, academic, IT, finance and HR to ensure Tech Camps programs achieve high levels of enrollment and deliver on customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and plan for Tech Camps growth in North America and globally by driving sales to meet/exceed company revenue targets.
  • Assure the right marketing supports are in place for all DMA businesses.
  • Support all departments by providing market intelligence data, input and analysis. Specifically support the Academic Product team on product development to the STEAM market as well as global, local and online sales efforts to improve DMA market relevance and growth.
  • Apply state-of-the-art marketing techniques to generate leads, prospects and increase the number of customers and enrollment in all DMA programs.
  • Develop clear and compelling message on key product differentiators.
  • Implement methodology to gather and analyze market intelligence data on leads, prospects and customer behavior in the STEAM education arena in the US and abroad.
  • Prepare market competitive analysis report for existing market and potential new markets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy to increase Tech Camps programs online enrollment at existing locations and recommend potential new locations.
  • Support Sales team on strategy for group and partner programs.
  • Manage website user experience and content to improve Tech Camps programs closure rate and support new business development.
  • Provide creative direction and oversee the creative process.
  • Manage company reputation & assets including Branding, Trademarks & IP.
  • Support operations and third-party operators in improving customer retention rates.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales and Marketing Associate (SMA) is a part of a team responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising, marketing, and sales campaigns and initiatives to meet/exceed company revenue targets within the scope that meet DMA’s world-class standards of excellence. The SMA assists with the recommendation and planning of sales and marketing strategies to improve lead to sales conversion ratios. They design effective marketing collateral to increase group and partner program closing rates. The SMA is responsible for improving the website user experience to increase sales, and strengthen brand image.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the overall duties and responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Associate.

  • Lead Generation & Email Communication: Nurture and convert leads, while maintaining relationships with existing customers through meaningful content meant to drive additional sales.
  • WordPress Administration: Develop and maintain company website content and front-end design
  • Graphic Design: Support digital and print marketing efforts through the production and implementation of visual assets
  • Content Creation: Produce relevant and original content for website, blog, email, and other platforms to support organic and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Branding: Work with Sales and Marketing team and outside agency partners to develop and reinforce company brand through an evolving website, email campaigns, and graphic assets.
